Game of Pixels is a collaborative pixel art game on the Polygon network, where you can create your unique artwork and earn cryptocurrencies with real value.

• Download a digital wallet like Metamask and load it with NXTT tokens.
• Use the left toolbar to draw on the canvas. Press Buy button to finalize your digital artwork.

Tip: In Draw mode , use the right mouse button to quickly erase your pixels.

The Game

• A timer is constantly counting down to zero. A round ends when the timer hits zero.
• At the end of a round, the last person to buy a pixel wins half of the Pot. The person who owns the most pixels at the exact moment the round ends wins the other half.
• During a round, people can draw on the canvas. Each pixel starts with a price of 100 NXTT. It is possible to draw on an already owned pixel at an increased price. In this case, the previous owner receives their initial investment back, plus a bonus.
• Players receive a stream of passive income from the game as pixels are bought during the round. Each time a new pixel is purchased, all current pixel holders receive a portion of that sale, proportional to the number of pixels they hold, referred to as Payout. Players receive this income for every pixel of theirs visible on the canvas. Once a pixel is bought by someone else, the new owner receives future benefits. The more pixels a player paints, the larger the bonus they will receive.
• You can refer friends to the game for extra rewards. A unique referral link can be found in the left sidebar after logging in with Metamask. Any purchases made through this link will earn you a referral bonus, provided you have at least one visible pixel on the canvas.
• All the NXTT you earn during the round from payouts and referrals is stored in "My Earnings". Rewards you earn from others buying your pixels are also stored there. You can withdraw your earned NXTT at any time to your Metamask wallet using the Withdraw button.

Purchase pixels

A new pixel has a price tag of 100 NXTT.

It is possible to purchase an already owned pixel for 1.35x the previous price:

• 80% To previous owner (If it is a new pixel, this amount goes to the Community fund)
• 10% Referral reward (If there is no referrer, this amount goes to the Payout)
• 5% Pot
• 3% Payout
• 2% Community fund

Example

Vitalik arrives at Game of Pixels through his friend, Satoshi's referral link. He buys 200 new pixels (100 NXTT each, for a total of 20,000 NXTT) to draw a shiny Ethereum logo. This amount will be distributed as follows:

• Referral reward: 10% of the purchase (2,000 NXTT) goes to Satoshi as the referral bonus. Satoshi will even get this bonus from Vitalik's future purchases as well.
• Pot: 5% of the purchase (1,000 NXTT) goes to the pot which grows constantly during the round. The pot will be shared by the winners at the end of the round according to the game rules.
• Payout: 3% of the purchase (600 NXTT) is shared between every player who owns pixels at the moment when Vitalik makes the transaction. (If the total number of visible painted pixels is 20,000, and Bob owns 1,000 of them, he will receive 600 / 20,000 * 1,000 = 30 NXTT)
• Community fund: 2% of the purchase (400 NXTT) is allocated to support community members who contribute to the game. Since Vitalik purchased new pixels without any previous owner, an additional 80% of the purchase price (16,000 NXTT) is also directed to the Community fund.
• Vitalik starts to earn passive income from Payouts every time a player buys a pixel on the canvas. When someone wants to buy his pixels, they need to pay a 1.35x price.

Roger then draws a Bitcoin Cash logo over Vitalik's 200 pixels. He pays a total of 27,000 NXTT (1.35 x 100 x 200):

• To previous owner: Vitalik gets 80% of the 27,000 NXTT, which is 21,600 NXTT. Initially, he bought it for 20,000 NXTT, which nets him a decent profit. From this moment, Roger will benefit from the Payout bonus for these 200 pixels, and Vitalik stops getting it.
• Referral reward: 10% of the purchase (2,700 NXTT) goes to Roger's referrer if he had one. Since he came here on his own, this amount will be redirected according to the game's rules.
• Pot: 5% of the purchase (1,350 NXTT) is added to the pot.
• Payout: 3% of the purchase (810 NXTT) is added to the payout pool, distributed among current pixel owners.
• Community fund: 2% of the purchase (540 NXTT) is allocated to support community members who contribute to the game.
